Curious Hearts Intimacy Workshop

An Intimacy-Building Primer for Lovers by Heidi True

This Valentine’s Day, step into a different kind of date night.

This intimate evening workshop invites couples to explore polarity — the subtle, often unspoken dance between giving and receiving, direction and responsiveness, clarity and softening — and how these dynamics shape attraction, desire, and connection over time.

Through gently guided, experiential exercises, you’ll be invited to slow down and explore:

How energy naturally moves between you

Where one partner offering clarity allows the other to relax into response

How receiving, rather than doing or managing, can deepen intimacy

How playful polarity supports both emotional closeness and erotic aliveness

This workshop is not about any fixed roles or gendered expectations, but about discovering what brings balance, charge, and nourishment for your relationship, in a way that feels safe, curious, authentic and connective.

Designed as a warm, intimate, and playful Valentine’s experience, this workshop offers a shared moment to reconnect emotionally, energetically, and relationally.

Bookings are limited to 8 couples to ensure depth and care.
Price is per couple or pair, no singles for this workshop.

7-9.30pm, Saturday February 14 at Commune Yoga and Pilates, Balnarring

$180 per couple.

Yin, Pin + Reiki: The Earth Element Immersion

Sunday 22nd February| 2:30pm–4:30pm

Commune Yoga & Pilates, Balnarring

The January Yin, Pin + Reiki event is a 2-hour restorative immersion designed to help you ground, nourish, and return to centre after the intensity of the holiday season.
This month’s focus is the Earth element, the energy of late summer in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

What to Expect

This session weaves together:

  • Yin Yoga to open the Spleen and Stomach meridians
  • Esoteric Acupuncture (Pin) to harmonise Earth energy and regulate the nervous system
  • Reiki to support emotional integration and deep rest

Together, these practices help release stored tension, calm mental overactivity, and restore a sense of inner steadiness.

The Earth Element (TCM)

In TCM, the Earth element represents:

  • Nourishment and digestion: physically and emotionally
  • Stability, grounding, and support
  • Trust, centredness, and returning “home” to yourself
  • Integration and processing of life’s experiences
  • The transitional spaces between cycles

When Earth energy is balanced, we feel calm, clear, grounded, and supported.
When imbalanced, it can show up as worry, overthinking, rumination, fatigue, heaviness, or self-doubt.

This immersion offers a dedicated space to realign with that inner foundation.

Who This Is For

This offering is ideal if you’re:

  • Feeling depleted or scattered after the holidays
  • Wanting to reset nervous system patterns
  • Needing deep nourishment and grounding
  • Curious about Yin, acupuncture or Reiki
  • Seeking a supportive start to the new year

Investment

$129
