Commune is a warm and grounding, yoga studio + event space located in Balnarring 3926
The studio venue is 52sqm making it perfect for intimate offerings + workshops.
The space offers vaulted ceilings, natural white Spanish rendered walls and Mid-Century style cork floor and timber panelled feature wall.
Featuring multiple lighting options. Natural filtered light, dimmable down lights and recessed wall lights that glow up to the ceiling.
We have a maximum number of 20 people for mat-based events and 35 for standing or seated (on mats but without the space required for whole body movement).
Kitchen facilities including: sink, kettle + 20 ceramic cups, filtered water

As part of our studio hire services, Commune offers you the opportunity to boost your event's visibility with our promotional support package. We want to make your experience with us truly special, and here's how we can do that:
- Your event will shine on our website, featured under the "Events" section.
- We'll include your event in our monthly newsletter, ensuring it reaches a wider audience.
- Our dedicated team will share engaging posts about your event on Commune's vibrant Facebook and Instagram pages
- We'll proudly display your marketing material on our in-house noticeboard, catching the eye of everyone who visits.
The best part? You can enjoy all these fantastic benefits for just $45 + GST.
If you book for multiple events or more than 6 hours in a single session, this promotional support package will be included in your hire price.
If your event is in collaboration with Commune, this will also be included for you.
To make this process as smooth as possible, we'll provide you with a list of what we need to make your event truly shine, including links, text, images in different sizes, and artwork.
Please keep in mind that our newsletters are sent out monthly, so if your event is within 30 days from the booking date, it might not make it into the newsletter.

Bookings are required to be submitted and approved via email.
Booking times should account for both setup and pack down, which includes the process of bringing equipment into the designated space.
Please be mindful of our neighbours.
Additional terms and conditions will be provided as part of the Hire Agreement.
Minimum Reservation Durations:
- Minimum of 3 hours
All prices are calculated per hour, and GST exclusive.
All bookings require prepayment to reserve date and time.
